Dweller of Night Chapter 2 Part 2 Veronica Banner, Andy Hartmann and Casey Morrison

It is still Night time the street lights shine on through the night lighting the sidwalks beneath them, we see hears someone walking on the sidewalk, we see two black shoes long tan lwgs aw we go up those leggs we see a bgreen skirt, the woman who is walking is also wearing a shirt with green diamond patterns on her longsleeve t-shirt she is waering navy blue blue jeans and black shoes, thid woman as red hair and blue eyes this woman is Veronica Banner the woman who is being haunted by the ghost of Terrence Masters we see Veronica holding something a flashlight in her right hand, she shine her flashlight into the dark of night we see Veromica walk off the sidewalk onto some gravel, she walks a short distance and wee see four dirt paths, Veronica stops she shines her flashlight. Veronica Banner: Now which path leads to the abandon trainyard? Veronica shines her flashlight down each path. Veronica Banner: Which one was it? Fuck! Finally after debating which path to take Veronica takes the first path to her left, Veronica shines her flashlight along the dirt path as she walks down it hoping she chose the right one, just then she hears something moving through the trees that surround her, she hears twigs brreaking something is moving closer to her, Veronica then switched hands moving her flashlight from her right to her left hand, Veronica then reaches into pocket with her hand coming back out of her right pants pocket we see a a small Ruger LCP II Lite Rack .22 LR black pistol now in her right hand she points directly in front of her, all of a sudden Veronica sees a mangy lloking dog come out from the woods the doogs eyes shine a glowing yellow as the beam from Veronica's flashlight the dog growls at Veronica, with her pointing the gun at the dog Veronica squeezes the trigger Bang! a shot rings out a bullet goes into the dogs head, the dog falls to the ground with the dogs dead Veronica continues down the path she walks after a while she reaches the end of the path. in front of Veronica is the Carrie Blast furnace an old abandon steel mill that sits at 801 Carrie Furnace Blvd, Veronica shine her flashlight upon the solid steel structure the red layered steel there is dust on the glass of the windows atleast there are on the ones that aren't broken. Just then the wind begins to pick up the leaves in the trees begin to russell the leaves then begin to fall from the trees meanwhile Veronica is standing her ground unable to move forward just then as quickly as it begin the whnd just stops. Veronica looks aqround she feels as if eyes are watchinh her. Veronica Banner: Who's watching me? come out you coward! Just then a figure appears the fiugre is that of a man. Veronica recognizes instantly. Veronica Banner: Terrence Masters, but ypur, ypur dead! Terrence Masters: Yoyu would know that better then anypne you killed me. Veronica points her gun at him. Veronica Banner: Go away! Stop Haunting me! Terrence Masters: Why did you Kill me? Veronica Banner: You don't remember me do you? Terrence Masters: Lady I've never met you before until you shot me in the back of the head. Veronica Banner: Liar! Do you remember a young girl sho wore glasses to read she weas very shy, she had same color hair as me her name was June Davis. Terrence Masters: June Davis I haven't heard that name since I was a Junior in High school and I do remember her I used to talk to her.wait are you saying your June. Veronica Banner: Yes! I am June the girl whose face was covered in achme the girl who was flat chested and slightly pugy the girl who was teased by people you called your friends Terrence, JKack Harris, Roy Bigham, Scott Peters, Becky Waters, Jennifer West and Susan McAdams. they were all your friends. Terrence shook his head. Terrence Masters: Is that why you killed me, to get to them? Veronica Banner: Yes! I was hoping they would come to your funeral but they didn't only some people i didn't know and my parents those fools, when I went missing I bet none of you even gave a shit. Terrence Masters: Have you ever went past the neighborhood where your parents live? Veronica Banner: No why would I? Terrence Masters: Because if you ever did you'd see how srong you really are your parents even put adds in the local newspaper three times a year. Hell I helped your parents pass out missing person posters, So I ask again why did you kill me? Veronica Banner: Because you asked that bitch Emily Cranston to the dance and not me. Terrence Masters: I'm sorry if I hurt your feeling Veronica but that's no excuse for murder. Veronica Raises her gun pointing it at Terrence. Veronica Banner: This is where i buried your body Terrence now I'm going to dig it up and burn it we see Veronica begin to take her shovel and dig, see digs about three feet there sww see a body wraped in plastic Veronica throws the shoel aside then as she bends down we here someone yell. State Police Officer James Reevers: Freeze! James with his gun unholstered and already drawn there are two other officers with him, the state Police arrest Veronica and read her, her rights. Meanwhile back at Dr. Devilla Vasilou's office we see her standing infront of Orson the two are talking. Orson Lewton: So Terrence Masters ghost won't be able to move on. Dr. Devilla Vasilou: Death can be a funny thing Most people are stunned when they see the light from heaven then they hear a knock it's that knock they have to answer you look into the light and say I'm ready. Orson Lewton: What if there's a second knock? Dr. Devilla Vadilou: If you die and there's no light you'll hear two knocks your soul will bwegin to melt where i stands and then you'll be pulled down in the depths of hell! are friend Terrence can nt move on he must now walk this state until the end of tme. and one the this planet won't be here and whenever that day happens the soul's who didn't go to heaven are gone forever. just then the door to Dr. Vasilou's office comes open Orson and her look toward the door and now standing in hthe entrance is Andy Hartmann. Dr. Devilla Vasilou: Well Hello there may we we help you? Andy Hartmann: Um yes my name is Andy Hartmann I called earlier. Orson Lewton: That's right this woman does need our help. Dr. Devilla Vasilou: How can we help you. Andy Hartmann: Well it's my best friend Casey he's in troble he believes some occult is folling him and perhaps trying to hurt him. Dr. Devilla Vasilou: Is your friend Casey near by? Andy Hartmann: No, he got mad at me for calling the police even though it was Shawn I called. Dr. Devilla Vasilou: Your meaning Detetive Payton. Dr Devilla Vasilou: I've met him many times he's a good man. Andy Hartmann: Casey is so paranoid he even thinks Shawn is apart of this occult. Orson Lewton: Let me guess your friend Casey has told you not to trust anyone for the occult that's after him has a lot of unknown members with high connection. Andy Hartmann: That's right how did you know that? Dr. Devilla Vasilou: Most Occult cases we've had often come with this kind of Paranoia. Dr. Devilla Vasilou: He's right we've handled people like this before and in most cases in ends up with the person being treated with Psychiatric help. Andy Hartmann: You already think he's crazy don't you? Dr. Devilla Vasilou: Look at it for our point of view, here's a man who has asked for help but in every way is refusing help no matter what kind of help that is, he has an excuse not to receive that help. Andy Hartmann: You are forgetting the facts he called me! Dr. Devilla Vasilou: I see your in love with him, trust me your not the first case I've had like this, Andy trust me when I say this Casey is most likely insane and as far as he called you or came to you that's just another sign of his insanity he wants to drag someone he knows down to he's level. Andy sits there thinking about what Dr. Vasilou as just said to her. Andy Hartmann: I know Casey were shared our first kiss together could he really be Crazy? Just then the Red phone on orsons desk begins to ring as the second ring begins orson reaches down with his left hand and picks up the telephone. Orson Lewton: Dr. Vasilou's office how may we help you? Um yes officer hold on just a moment, Dr. Vasilou its for you. as Dr. Vasilou takes the telephone in hand we see Andy has turned awat tears begins to come from her eyes and rund down her check, Andy who is carrying her small black purse with her reaches into one of the side pockets she pulls out some naptkins and a compact mirror. the miiror is a smal ovel shape Andy opens her mirror bringing up to her eyes and trying to dry her eyes, Orson catches her trying to do this he quickly comes around the desk with a box of tissues and stepsn diresctly behind Andy Andy's mirror. Orson Lewton: Would you like some Tisse's miss Hartmann? Andy who turns toward Orson. Andy Hartmann: Oh, why yes Thank you. Andy turns toward Orson and looks into her mirrror. Now we see Detective Shawn Payton standing just outside of his black Dodge Charger he is on his cell phone, we see him as red and blue lights are going around we also hear several people talking amounst themselves as they watch as the first body is wheeled out by the coroner. Detective Shawn Payton: Is Andy with you? Dr. Devilla Vailou: Yes she's here why? Detetive Shawn Payton who has tears coming from his eyes. Dective Shawn Payton: Her parents, Andy Parents there dead, someone snuck into there home and butchered them. Dr. Devilla Vasilou: Who discovered the bodies? Detective Shawn Payton: We did, department got a hot tip about tweo dead bodies at 37 Vernon Drive, as soons as I heard that address we came over. Dr. Deivlla Vasilou: I'll keep her here, keep Orson posted about anything involviung the murders. Detective Shawn Payton Where the hell are you going? Dr. Devilla Vasilou: I'm going to find out where Mr. Morrison was and where he has been. Devilla hangs up the telephone. she granps Orson by the shoulder and turns him toward her. Devilla whispers. Dr. Devilla Vasilou: Kepp miss Hartmann here if you can just not by force. Orson Lewton: What's going on? Dr. Devilla Vasilou: Andy's parents where murdered tonight, I'm going to get on the computer and find out where Casey is staying and then I'll go there. Dr. Vasilou then walks behind Orson desk she types in Casey Morrison's name Devilla sees that Casey lives at 450 Jefferson Ave, at the Bellevue Mansions. Dr. Devilla Vasilou: Well Andy I'll be back would you mind staying here and talking to Orson. Andy Hartmann: No not at all. Devilla opens the door to exit her office and walks outside once outside, she looks around and then disappears Now at 450 Jefferson Ave, we see a three storied red brick building we see Inside apartmennt number 16 on the second floor the room is dark the walls are white and plan the thin carpet is a tan brown color Deivlla now stand insie the apartment still invisiable she looks around the living/dinningroom, she sees a small Navy blue loveset in front of that love set is a brown wooden coffee table, she looks down tat that coffee table there is nothing on the coffee table, Deivlla heads toward the bedroom, she walks through the dinning room and makes a right turn she stands there she tunrs herself visable inside the bedroom is a small bed, the bed is covered in a blue sheet, with white strips there is a blue blanket covering the bed laying on the bed in his black boxer shorts his Casey Morrison, Devilla notices cuts on the mands body, legs and his arms small paper cuts, but the man is breathing Devilla walks over toward the mans body she watches his breathing she puts her fingers on his neck and wrist. Dr. Devilla Vasilou: You have a Pulse tell me know demon what do you want with this man. Just then Casey Morgan's face turns toward Devilla. Casey Morrison: Your not the only one with powers Vampire and I will be born again in my body even after this one dies. Just then Casey shoots up out of bed and gets to his feet, just then a ring of fire engulfs him but it does not burn him just then we see something take shape within Casey's hand it has a handle made of fire the sharpe rugged blade ismade of fire. Dr. Devilla Vasilou: This isn't over demon our night is just beginning. Casey turns and wlaks toward the wall the heat from the allows im to walk through the wall it melts on contact once through the wall casey flys off. Dr. Devilla Vasilou: Shit I'm going to need more blood. Now back at Dr. Vasilou's office we see that Andy and Orson are talking. Orson Lewton: I hope things work out for you and Mr. Morrison. Andy Hartmann: Me to, have you ever known anyone that was crazy? Orson Lewton: My wife was mentally ill after the loss of our child. Andy Hartmann: Oh I'm so sorry for your loss Mr Lewton. Orson Lewton: It's okay it feels so long ago that happen. Andy Hartmann: ME and Casey starting dating when we were both Freshmen in highschool but by the end of highschool we both wanted different things, I wanted to cover sports and Casey well he was always into Occult reserch. Just then Orson hears Devilla's voice in his head. Dr. Devilla Vasilou: Orson Listen to me I was wron Casey is not crazy he's possessed by a fire demon, that need three kills to return there bodies to the land of the living he's already got two Andy will make his third, I need you to protect Andy without killing Casey and I need blood. Orson Lewton: I'll do my best. Orson Lewton: Miss Hartmann you life is in grave danger it turns out we were wrong about your friend he's not crazy he's possessed by a fire demon. Andy Hartmann: Ha, Ha, you've got to be kidding me, that's impossable. Orson Lewton: Miss Hartmann I need you to follow me and trust me Andy Hartmann: Trust you after you tell me that. Dr. Deviila Vasilou who has made it back outside sees a small cat. Dr. Devilla Vasilou: Tell her about her parents, it's time she learns that here is a world beyound what she cosiders normal. Orson Lewton: Andy listen to me, your parents there dead. Andy stops laughing she stares into Orson's green eyes tears begin to come from her dark eyes. Andy Hartmann: That can't be true. Orson Lewton: Please give me your car keys and will go somewhere away from here. Andy pulls her cark keys from her purse with her right hand shaking she pulls out her car keys and hands them to Orson. Orson Lewton: Come on lets go my luck this thing knows where you are. Orson and Andy leave Dr. Vasilou's office, we see Andy 1998 black jeep wrangler parked just in front of Dr. Vasilou's building Orson unlocks Andy's jeep wrangler, we see Andy Hartmann get into the passenger side of her jeep wrangler, while Orson getinto the drives seat both Andy andOrson buckle there seatbelts We see Orson put the keys into the ignittion he turns the keys Andy's jeep wrangler fires right up. We see Orson put the Jeep in drive he then presses the gas peddle. Orson Lewton: Listen to me the world your boyfriend is involved with it's noit a normal side of things, There are this creatures that were born when the earth eas formed, some of them were creatures of Darkness. Demons, Vmapires, Goblins, Orc's trolls and vampires can only come out at night then there's the one that cna walk around no matter when, Werewolves, Witches Warlock's every now and then innocent people get caught up in the world people like you and your parents like your boyfriend Casey. Andy Hartmann: I Still don't believe this. Orson Lewton: This call Dr' Vailou got tonight it was from Detective Payton, it told us to kkep you with us, I think it wanted to tell you himself but we can't wait for him, the fire demon that's inside casey's body is coming for you. Andy Hartmann: Your trying to say Casey killed my parents? Orson Lewton: Not Casey the Demon inside his body, you see a fire Demon needs three things to bring its own body back, 1. A Host, 2. Two unwilling Victiams and number three a willling Virgin Sacrifice, if he takes you from me whatever you do don't say yes. Just then just as Orson is turning left onto 6th street to go onto The Roborto Clemente Bridge Just then in the rearview miiror Andy sees Casey flying through the air toward them. Andy's eyes go wide. Andy Hartmann: Ok, Ok I believe you, I really fucking believe you. Cassey theows fires melting the back tires Orson this causes the jeep wrangler to stop and tip forward a bit the jeep then lands back down on all four tires Orson and Andy unbuckle there seatbelts and each open there doors they get out of the jeep wrangler as Casey flys toward them Orson steps between them he balls up his right fist and swings connecting with Casey face this acctually stuns Casey knocking him back and to the grpund Casey gets up his bottom lip bleeding. Casey Morrison: Your pretty strong for a Mortal, but you work for that woman right? Orson Lewton: That's right asshole, I work for Dr. Vasilou and the only way your getting Andy is through me. the fire around Casey reappears he throws fire right at Orson, Orson's clothes burn off but his skin does not. Casey Morrison: What are you? Orson Lewton: A pain in your ass! Orson battles through the fires pushing through it. Casey Morrison: If you don't come with me you'll never see your Father, Mother or your boyfriend ever again. Andy Hartmann: Stop!! Just then Casey stops as does Orson. Andy steps closer to him she now stands in front of the man who calls himself Casey. Andy Hartmann: I'll go with yuo, but I'm not going to let you kill me. Casey Morrison: We'll see about that. Andy turns toward Orson who is now naked. Andy's face is red. Andy Hartmann: You said you could find me right? Orson Lewton: That's right. Andy Hartmann: Then come find me Orson Lewton, come find me. Casey grabs Andy he then flys through the air. Later on Orson gets back to Dr. Vasilou's office he gets new clothes from the closet, this time it is a green dress shirt and a pair of black dress pants, Orson puts them on. Orson then walks back toward the door walking outside, He sees Devilla is standing before him. Dr. Vasilou: Well where are they? Orson Lewton: 701 Foster Ave the old St.Peter and Paul chruch I got a bucket of water ready for the fucker! Now at the Saint Peter and Paul chruch at the alter laying there tied down is Andy, she see the soul's of her father, mother and Casey staring at her. Andy Hartmann: Mom, Dad, Casey. Walter Hartmann: Andy listen to me, You weren't chosen by accident neither was your mom. Andy Hartmann: What? Heidi Hartmann: Honey both mine and your fathers family come from a long line of Monster Hunters, we but eventually some of our memebers stopped. Walter Hartmann: But no matter if you stop or not the monsters come one way or the other, there is a lever on the fireplace at the house press it and you'll see a weapon to fight these monsters, it will help you spot them. Casey Morrison: Andy. Andy Hartmann: Casey, I'm so sorry for what's happen. Casey Morrison: I love you Andy, I love you with all my heart and soul, but if you love me I need you to do one thing. Andy Hartmann: i love you Casey! Casey Morrison: Let go, let me go, if i were to live it would be no life that bastard used my body to kill your parents. Casey Morrison/ Fire Demon: Well are you willing to die now? Andy Morrison: I Love mY Father, My Mother and I Love Casey, But your not Him, Go to Hell, Goi Straight to Hell!! Just then a voice is heard. Dr. Devilla Vasilou: You Heard the woman, She told you to go to hell. Orson who quietly entered the church throws cold water on the body of Casey, Devilla makes herself visable bulls up her right fist and punches Casey's chest, her fist goes through him she pullsout his heart, we see the soul of the fire demon leave Casey body two knocks are heared. Knock, Knock just then The Demons soul is pulled down into hell. Devilla unties Andy. A Couple of Days go by Andy has more then found her family heirloom, We see Andy who is wearing a black dress standing with a large group of people at 2200 Brighton Rd at Union Dale Cemetery. Shawn and Orson are both there. Detective Shawn Payton: i Saw the newspaper I see you Kept Casey's name out of the murders. Andy Hartmann: Because that wasn't Casey. Shawn Notices a black Oynx Ring on Andy's right Pointer finger. Detective Shawn Payton: Nice ring where'd you get it? Andy Hartmann: It's been in the family for years and I'll never take it off! After while the large crowd and Shawn leave, the only two there are Orson and Andy. Orson Lewton: I'm so sorry Andy. Andy Hartmann: I don't want you or Dr. Vasilou to be sorry, I don't care what you two are, I just want one thing, I weant In! I want to help track who or what ever came after the peole I loved and end it!
